  • Business Hours
  • Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. Will-Call service is available, in Dallas and Houston, during these hours. Your telephone call will be answered by a “live” representative. Your fax and email requests will be answered within 1 hour.

  • Warranty
  • All OEM products carry their respective manufacturer warranty. The Laser Network will provide you with all information necessary to facilitate warranty repairs. We are an Authorized Service Provider for Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Minolta-QMS and Xerox-Tektronix.

  • Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time service is provided or when product is delivered. To be considered for Net Terms, you must submit a completed and signed credit application. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

  • Delivery
  • Next-day delivery, within the local area, is a standard part of our service and is free of charge. Expedite service is available at an additional fee. Same day shipping, via FedEx, United Parcel, Airborne Express and DHL is available on orders received by 2:00pm CST.

  • Return
  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any item. All product other than DOA (Dead on Arrival), must be in new unopened packaging. A restocking fee may apply, in certain cases.
